Finally we implement these solutions and educate our clients to the point of self-sufficiency.

Review contractual language to identify clauses that have the potential for payor underpayments and/or denials to your facility. Validate billing code accuracy within contracts. Analyze key contracts to determine its financial impact to your facility. Provide recommendations for change. Assist in negotiations.

Business Development
Quantify your physician productivity by specialty. Analyze your existing data and/or external data to identify your market demographics by payor type. Utilize your costing accounting ratios or cost report ratios to evaluate your Product/Service Line startups and closures.
Decision Support
Develop databases using data from your existing system or manual entry to manage all your relevant statistical tracking (i.e. census, visits, # of surgeries, ancillary procedures). |
