At Binder One, our consulting projects are guided by three principles: Analyze, Develop, and Implement.   Initially we assess the needs and capabilities of our clients.  Then we develop the necessary tools (databases, excel worksheets, web-applications) to fulfill client needs while utilizing existing client capabilities. Finally we implement these solutions and educate our clients to the point of self-sufficiency.

Revenue Cycle
Analyze your claims data, review operational metrics, identify areas for improvement and then implement tools to maximize cash flow from your billing/collection operations

Managed Care Review contractual language to identify clauses that have the potential for payor underpayments and/or denials to your facility.  Validate billing code accuracy within contracts.  Analyze key contracts to determine its financial impact to your facility.  Provide recommendations for change.  Assist in negotiations. 

Financial Analysis/Reporting
Financial Statements, Service/Product Line Proforma, Forecasting, Departmental Productivity

Business Development
Quantify your physician productivity by specialty.  Analyze your existing data and/or external data to identify your market demographics by payor type.  Utilize your costing accounting ratios or cost report ratios to evaluate your Product/Service Line startups and closures.

Decision Support
Develop databases using data from your existing system or manual entry to manage all your relevant statistical tracking (i.e. census, visits, # of surgeries, ancillary procedures).
